Overall, I wouldn't recommend this costume, especially considering the price I paid for it.

The hat that came with it was flimsy and had no shape to it. Additionally, the sizing was completely off, despite following the provided size chart. It was too short in the torso and the skirt was too long, making it look awkward. Save your money and look elsewhere for a better costume.
